Essentials Collection
We offer 14-day free returns on all non-customised Essentials pieces.
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- You’ll receive a full refund once the item is inspected and approved.
How to initiate a return:
WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a free return shipping label (UK orders only).
Custom & Engagement Rings
Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Custom jewellery
- Bespoke engagement rings
- Any made-to-order items
However, to ensure long-term satisfaction, we offer:
- 2 complimentary resizings (within 6 months of delivery)
- 2 complimentary clean & polish services
Lab-Grown, Natural & CZ Stone Pieces
All stone options (CZ, lab-grown, or natural diamonds) follow the same returns rules as above, depending on whether the piece is Essentials or Custom.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — fast.
